The Fyra Team
Jacob Reynolds
I’ll be honest: I didn’t come to teaching as a natural leader, and I’m as surprised as anyone to find myself where I am today. There were moments along the way when I seriously questioned this path, but each challenge revealed something new about this practice and deepened my commitment to it. Yoga has changed my life in more ways than one, and that’s what drives me to share it with others.
With over 10,000 hours of teaching and more than 500+ hours of training, my approach is rooted in experience and influenced by my mentor, Jason Crandell. My style is designed to meet the needs of modern practitioners, blending time-tested techniques with a focus on movement that goes beyond traditional yoga.
In my classes, you’ll find sequences that are purposeful and structured to build skills, paired with clear and thoughtful guidance. My curated playlists are intended to bring you back into the moment, out of your head, and into a space of real presence. My goal? To help you connect with yourself, honor where you are, and build strength in body and mind.
Outside of teaching, I’m constantly finding inspiration in the world around me—whether it’s lounging in the sun on my balcony, exploring the many flavors of NYC, or traveling to new places. Each experience shapes my perspective and fuels my practice, reminding me of the balance between discipline and joy.
